DIAGNOSIS BY PHONE:There are a few simple medical problems which can be handled over the phone. Your animal, however, may have a problem which seems minor, but may in fact be reasonably serious. In such a case, we will want to examine the animal as making a diagnosis and prescribing treatment over the phone would not be appropriate. RETURNING CALLS:We return phone calls in between appointments as time permits. We may also ask our technicians or receptionists to call - as many times they are able to assist you or will consult with the doctors and return your call.
