Diagnosis by Phone:
There are a few simple medical problems which can be handled over the phone. Your animal, however, may have a problem which seems minor, but may in fact be reasonably serious. In such a case, we will want to examine the animal as making a diagnosis and prescribing treatment over the phone would not be appropriate.
Returning Calls:
We return phone calls in between appointments as time permits. We may
also ask our technicians or receptionists to call - as many times they
are able to assist you or will consult with the doctors and return your
call.
If there is an emergency, notify the receptionist when phoning, and give her all the information concerning the problem.
