The hospital works by appointment whenever possible as a convenience
to both clients and personnel. Many clients need to plan their time as
closely as we do. However, if time does not permit you to make an appointment
we will do our best to "work you in" between scheduled appointments. We
ask that you please call and cancel if you cannot make an appointment
so we may use that time to see other patients.
We also understand that emergencies cannot be scheduled. Do not hesitate
to come to the hospital immediately should one arise. We will have a doctor
available as soon as possible.

When bringing your pet in for a check-up he/she may be a little uneasy about
other animals and unfamiliar surroundings. We ask that you be considerate
of other clients in the office by restraining your pet before you come in
the office. Please have your animal on a leash or in a carrier for their
safety and that of others. We recommend you plan to arrive 15 minutes before
your scheduled appointment if this is your first visit to allow time for
filling out a new patient record. If you have any questions about directions
to the hospital we would be happy to help you when you call for an appointment. |

Follow-Up Visit:
Many times we will ask you to return briefly in a few days so we may ensure
that our medical intervention in your animal's problem is working. We generally
charge less or not at all for these visits. |

Payment:
Unless other arrangements have been made, we request payment at time of
service. We do accept Visa and Mastercard. |

Grooming: Grooming services are available for small
animals, by appointments only, on Mondays and Fridays. |
